Resep kue white brownies tabur buah Bahan: - 145 gr mentega - 125 gr cokelat putih - tim sampai leleh - 175 gr gula pasir - 1/4 sdt vanili - 3 btr telur - 125 gr tepung terigu - 25 gr susu bubuk - 100 gr buah kering (ceri merah, ceri hijau, sukade, kismis) - 1 kuning telur Untuk olesan topping: (campur jadi satu, giling) - 50 gr mentega - 25 gr gula halus - 100 gr tepung terigu Cara membuat: - campur mentega dan cokelat putih, masak sampai larut. - kocok gula pasir, vanili dan telur sampai mengembang, - tambahkan larutan cokelat, - kocok sampai rata. - tambahkan campuran tepung dan susu, aduk rata.
