Recipes Almond Chocolate Coconut Cookies II

"These cookies are easy to make and delicious." Original
recipe yield: 4 dozen.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups flaked coconut
2 cups chopped almonds

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking
soda and salt, stir into the creamed mixture until well blended. Finally, stir in the
chocolate chips, coconut and almonds. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared
cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet
for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

- 600 gram udang, kupas dan belah punggungnya
- 250 gram cumi, potong menurut selera
- 300 gram jamur segar, potong-potong
- 7 sdm kecap ikan
- 5 sdm air jeruk nipis

Taburan : 2 batang daun ketumbar

Cara membuat :
1. Didihkan air, tambahkan ROYCO, tambahkan lengkuas, serai, akar daun ketumbar, daun jeruk purut, dan cabai rawit, tambahkan udang, cumi dan potongan jamur.
2. Setelah mendidih kembali masukkan kecap ikan, aduk rata, tambahkan air, jeruk nipis dan daun ketumbar.

- 100 ml air
- 50 gram kacang tanah, sangrai, cincang
- 2 sdt cabai bubuk
- 50 gram taoge, siangi cuci bersih
- 50 gram kucai, potong 3 cm
- 2 sdm ROYCO cair

Cara membuat :
1. Saus : 3 rasa : 50 gram asam jawa campur dengan 8 sdm air, remas-remas dan saring, tambahkan kecap ikan dan gula merah, masak hingga mendidih dan gula larut, angkat.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan tahu, aduk rata, tambahkan bawang putih dan masak hingga harum.
3. Masukkan udang, masak hingga udang berubah warna, masukkan kwetiau dan air, masak hingga kwetiau lunak.
4. Masukkan saus 3 rasa, kacang, ebi, cabai bubuk dan ROYCO cair, aduk rata, tambahkan kucai dan taoge, masak sebentar, angkat.

Saus mentega :
- 2 sdm margarin
- 1/2 bawang bombay, iris
- 2 siung bawang putih, memarkan
- 3 sdm kecap manis
- 1 sdm kecap inggris
- 50 ml air
- 1/2 sdt ROYCO bumbu pelezat serbaguna rasa ayam
- 3 sdm kacang polong beku

Pelengkap : kentang goreng

Cara membuat :
1. Lapisan tepung : campur tepung terigu dengan telur, air, garam, merica dan ROYCO dan baking powder, aduk rata.
2. Panaskan minyak, ayam setelah dimemarkan, celupkan ke dalam lapisan tepung, angkat dan goreng hingga kecoklatan, angkat.
3. Saus : panaskan margarin dan minyak sisa menggoreng 2 sdm, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan kecap manis, saus inggris, air dan ROYCO dan didihkan. Setelah mendidih tambahkan kacang polong, masak sebentar dan angkat.
4. Siapkan pinggan tata ayam, potong-potong, tuangkan saus diatasnya, lengkapi dengan kentang goreng.

Pelengkap :
Perkedel udang : 200 gram udang haluskan campur 1 butir telur, 2 sdm tepung

2 sdm irisan daun bawang, 2 sdm irisan seledri, bawang goreng
Sambal dan nasi putih secukupnya

Cara membuat :

Cara Membuat Brownies Kukus Ala Amanda:
- siapkan cetakan kemudian alasi dengan kertas roti yang diolesi dengan mentega dan taburi terigu.
- setelah cetakan siap panaskan kukusan lalu bungkus tutupnya dengan kain
- persiapan bahan, kocok telur dan gula sampai mengembang lalu campurkan ovalet, kocok sampai putih dan mengembang.

According to the Mac maker, “This update is recommended for all Safari users and includes the latest security updates.”

Specifically, two WebKit vulnerabilities affect Safari users running Mac OS X v10.5.8, Mac OS X Server v10.5.8, Mac OS X v10.6.5 or later, Mac OS X Server v10.6.5 or later, Windows 7, Vista, or XP SP2 or later.
Discovered and reported by Vincenzo Iozzo, Willem Pinckaers, and Ralf-Philipp Weinmann working with TippingPoint's Zero Day Initiative, the first one (CVE-2011-1290) is described as follows:

“An integer overflow issue existed in the handling of nodesets. Visiting a maliciously crafted website may lead to an unexpected application termination or arbitrary code execution.”

The second vulnerability (CVE-2011-1344) also involves visiting a maliciously crafted website. This was reportedly caused by “a use after free issue” that existed in the handling of text nodes.

Apple’s Safari 5.0.5 security advisory also mentions that several fraudulent SSL certificates were issued by a Comodo affiliate registration authority.

“This may allow a man-in-the-middle attacker to redirect connections and intercept user credentials or other sensitive information,” the Mac maker says.

Apple explains that its web browser relies on the certificate store of the host operating system to determine if an SSL server certificate is to be trusted.

In that respect, this issue was addressed with Security Update 2011-002 for Macintosh customers, whereas Windows users do not get this patch in their version of Safari 5.0.5, since “applying the update described in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 2524375 will cause Safari to regard these certificates as untrusted.”

- 6 oz Chocolate chips; semisweet
- 1/3 c Butter
- 1 c Rolled oats; quick-cooking
- 1/4 c Brown sugar; packed
- 1/4 c Wheat germ
- 1/3 c Milk
- 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tb White sugar
- 1 ts Vanilla

Preheat the over to 350 degrees. Melt the chocolate chips and the butter in the top of a double boiler or in a small heavy saucepan over -NOT IN - just simmering water. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir
until smooth. Set aside. Combine the oats, wheat germ, dry milk, baking powder, salt and nuts in a medium size bowl. Set aside. Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the brown and white sugars and the vanilla until thick. Stir in the melted-chocolate mixture. Fold in the oats mixture until just blended. Pour the batter into a greased (8") square baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is crisp but a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly moist. Set the pan on a rack to cool completely before cutting. Yields 25 Brownies."~"

1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
(plus 1/2 cup divided & reserved for kneading and rolling)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Cheese Topping powder
(or 2 packages dry cheese powder from 2 boxes Kraft macaroni & cheese)
3 tablespoons shortening
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon salt (for tops, optional)

1. Sift together 1 cup flour, baking soda, baking powder and cheese
powder in a large bowl.

2. Cut in the shortening with a fork and knife with a crosswise motion
until dough is broken down into rice-size pieces. Mixture will still
be very dry.

3. Stir in buttermilk with a fork until dough becomes very moist and
sticky.

4. Sprinkle a couple tablespoons of the reserved flour over the dough and
work it in until it can be handled without sticking, then turn it out
onto a floured board, being sure to keep 1/4 cup of the reserve flour
for later. Knead the dough well for 60 to 90 seconds, and the flour is
incorporated. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least
one hour.

5. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a light coating of cooking spray
on a baking sheet.

6. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and use the remaining reserve
flour to dust a rolling surface. Roll about one-third of the dough
to just under 1/16th of inch thick. Trim the edges square (a pizza
cutter or wheel works great for this), then transfer the dough to a
lightly greased baking sheet. Use the rolling pin to transfer the
dough. Simply pick up one end of the dough onto a rolling pin, and roll
the dough around the rolling pin. Reverse the process onto the baking
sheet to transfer the dough.

7. Use a pizza cutter to cut across and down the dough, creating 1-inch
square pieces. Use the blunt end of a skewer or broken toothpick to
poke a hole in the center of each piece.

8. Sprinkle a very light coating of salt over the top of the crackers
(crackers will already be quite salty) and bake for 8-10 minutes,
mix the crackers around (so those on the edge don’t burn) and bake
for another 3-5 minutes, or until some are just barely turning a
light brown. Repeat the rolling and baking process with the remaining
dough.

1/4 lb Ground beef

Preheat a clean barbecue grill on high. Toast both halves of the bun, face down, in a skillet over medium heat. Set aside. Cut each of the 2 onion rings into quarters. Mix the catsup and relish together. This is your "secret sauce." Form the ground beef into a thin patty slightly larger than the bun. Grill the meat for 2 or 3 minutes per side. Salt slightly. Build the burger in the following stacking order from the bottom up: bottom bun, half of the mayonnaise, pickles, lettuce, tomato slices, onion, beef patty, remainder of mayonnaise, special sauce (catsup and relish), top bun. Make 2. 9-inch pizzas

Spicy peanut sauce:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 tsp. Red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. Minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 2 tsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Vietnamese chili sause (or dried chili flakes)
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster sause
- 2 Tbsp. Water

Thai chicken pieces:
- 1 Thsp. Olive oil
- 10 oz. Boneless/skinless chicken beast, cut into 3/4-inch cubes.

For the pizza:
Make pizza dough using your own recipe.
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 scallions, slivered mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup white bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped, roasted peanuts
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilanto

To make spicy sause:
- combine sause ingredients in a small pan over med. Heat. Bring the sauce to a boil gently for one minute. Divie into 2 portions for use on chicken and pizza; set aside.

To make Thai chicken:
- cook the chicken in olive oil over med-high heat, stirring, until just cooked, 5 to 6 min. Do not overcook. Set aside in refrigerator until chilled through. Once chilled, coat the chicken with 1/4c sauce. Set aside in refrigerator.

To Make The Pizza:
- use a large spoon to spread 1/4c sauce evenly over pizza dough within the rim. Cover sauce with 3/4c cheese.
- distribute half the chicken pieces over the cheese followed by half the green onions. Bean sprouts, and carrots, respectively. Sprinkle an additional 1/4c cheese over the toppings and top the pizza with 2Tbl chopped peanuts.
- transfer the pizza to oven: bake until crisp and golden and the cheese is bubbly, 9 to 10 min. When cooked through, remove pizza from oven. Sprinkle 1 T chopped cilantro over the hot cheesy surface.

- 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. vanilla 1 bag milk chocolate chips (reserve
- 1/2 c. chips)

Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with 1 package of crescent rolls, press to seal. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until creamy. Add the chocolate chips less the reserved chips. Spread on the filling to 1/4 inch from the edges. Top with second package of crescent rolls. Pinch the edges together. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove, frost immediately while hot. Melt reserved chips in microwave and drizzle on iced cheese cake.

--FROSTING:--
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. warm milk

Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup crisp round cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp almond flavoring

Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add 1 cup sugar a little at a time, beating after each addition. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Continue beating until mixture holds soft peaks. Mix cracker cumbs and 1 cup pecans. Fold into meringue mixture a little at a time. Spoon mixture into an 8" pie plate tp form a shell. Pull up mixture into peaks around edge of plate with mack of spoon. Spread evenly. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 F, for 30 minutes. Cool thoroughly on a wire cake rack. Mix cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and almond flavoring. Whip until thick and shiny. Spoon into cold pie shell. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chopped pecans round edge of cream. Using a sharp knife, cut like a pie.

- 2 batang serai memarkan
- 3 cm lengkuas memarkan
- 3 lembar daun salam
- 1 sdm gula merah sisir

- 1 sdt kaldu bubuk rasa ayam
- 250 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa

Minyak untuk menggoreng sucukupnya
Haluskan :
- 8 butir bawang merah
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdm jintan sangrai
- 1 sdt jintan sangrai
- 1 sdt merica butiran
- 5 butir kemiri sangrai
- 5 cm kunyit baker
- 1 cm jahe

CARA MEMBUAT
1. Ayam setelah dicuci bersih, tiriskan.
2. Siapkan wajan, taruh ayam lumuri dengan bumbu halus masukkan serai,
lengkuas, daun salam, gula merah, air asem, pala, kaldu bubuk dan santan.
3. Masak dengan api sedang hingga ayam lunak, angkat.
4. Sajikan bersama nasi uduk.
Untuk : 4 orang

Catatan : sisa bumbu ungkep dapat dipergunakan untuk mengungkep tahu dan tempe,
untuk ati ampla, usus sapi, usus ayam, empal dan paru, rebus dulu hingga lunak,

- 1/8 t Salt
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 1/4 c Frozen fruit and/or berry -juice concentrate, thawed
- 10 ea (oz) soft tofu or silken -tofu, drained
- 1/4 c Safflower oil
- 3 T Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 t Vanilla extract

Sprinkle gelatin over 3/4 cup water (in saucepan) and allow to sit 3 minutes. Cook over very low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Mix in salt and sugar and cook, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. In blender, or processor, combine juice, tofu, oil, lemon juice, vanilla, 3/4 cup water and process until very smooth. Add gelatin mixture. Freeze in ice cream machine, according to manufacturers, instructions, Makes 1 quart."~"

RECIPE ICE CREAM FRESH PEACH

2 c Ripe peaches; finely chopped
1 1/4 c Sugar
1/2 Juice of lemon
2 lg Eggs
2 c Heavy or whipping cream
1 c Milk

Note: Small peaches because have more flavor and less water than the larger ones. Combine the peaches, ½ cup of the sugar, and the lemon juice in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring the mixture every 30 minutes. Remove the peaches from the refrigerator and drain the juice into another bowl. Return the peaches to the refrigerator. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes. Whisk in the remaining 3/4 cup sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more. Pour in the cream and milk and whisk to blend. Add the peach juice and blend. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following manufacturer's instructions. After the ice cream stiffens (about 2 minutes before if is done) add the peaches, then continue freezing until the ice cream is ready. Makes 1 generous quart."~"

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 c. heavy cream
2 T. vanilla

Sliced Peaches or Strawberries
Prepare sliced peaches or strawberries and sprinkle with sugar and allow to set until the make juice. Use enough fruit to make about 1 qt. of fruit puree. Put fruit and juice into blender and coarsely puree. You should have about 1 blender full or about 1 qt. Add fruit puree to the custard mixture which has been cooled or chilled overnight in the refrigerator. (I always make the custard the day before and put in refrigerator. I prepare the fruit and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator as well.) This recipe assumes you have a 1 gallon freezer. The freezer can should never be filled more that 3/4 full because the ice cream expands as it freezes and it will overflow if the can is too full. You can also make raspberry ice cream but don't use as many raspberries (probably 2 cups of puree is enough) as they have a much more intense flavor. Actually you can add just about any fruit you would like to try but these are all the ones I have tried."~"

This is an extremely rich custard ice cream in the best French tradition and flavored with realvanilla beans. In a large mixing bowl, whisk three eggs, add 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 pint whipping cream, 1 pint Half and Half, and 1/8 tsp salt. Mix thoroughly and transfer to large saucepan. Take one long vanilla bean, split lengthwise and chop into 1/4" lengths, then add them to the saucepan. Heat the mix while stirring constantly to a low simmer and continue to simmer for about 15 minutes. Strain into a large bowl, straining out the larger pieces of vanilla bean. Allow to cool and age in the refrigerator for about four hours
and then freeze in an ice cream freezer according to the manufacturer's directions.Ooh-la-la!

- 1 Two layer chocolate cake mix with pudding
- 1/3 c Margarine or butter
- 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 ts Margarine or butter, melted
- 2 oz Semi sweet chocolate
- 2 ts Corn syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, substituting margarine for oil. Reserve 1 cup of batter. Pour remaining batter into a 12 cup greased and floured fluted tube pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing well at medium speed on an electric mixer until well blended. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Pour over batter in the pan. Spoon reserved batter over cream cheese mixture. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes; remove to a wire rack. Combine margarine, chocolate and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until chocolate is melted. Pour over cooled cake."~"

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2" rectangular baking pan. Beat all ingredients except Caramel Fluff in alarge bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Neat on high speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean,about 40 to 45 minutes; cool completely. - 1/4 ts Soda

- 1 1/2 c Sugar

- 1 c Plus 2 T evaporated milk

- 2 Squares melted chocolate
- 1 ts Vanilla

Stir flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar into a mixing bowl. Drop shortening and milk into dry ingredients. Do not dilute the evaporated milk, use full strength. Beat, beat, beat for about 2 minutes on low speed in an electric mixer. Add eggs and melted chocolate. Lastly add vanilla. Beat all together for 1 minute. Scrape down and beat again for another minute. Turn into two layer cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Frost with butter cream frosting to which 1/2 c walnuts, chopped fine have been added."~"

1. Kacang tanah goreng matang, angkat dan sisihkan.

2. Panaskan wajan, masukkan gula pasir, air asam jawa dan bumbu yang dihaluskan,

- 1 buah tomat iris

Haluskan :
- 6 butir bawang merah

- 1 cm kunyit bakar
- 3 butir kemiri sangrai
- 1 sdt garam dan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
- Taburan : irisan seledri

CARA MEMBUAT :

1. Udang haluskan, campur dengan kelapa parut dan maizena, aduk rata atau dapat juga menggunakan food processor, aduk semua bahan menjadi satu.

2. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingg harum, masukkan kedalam kaldu, tambahkan daun jeruk, salam, serai dan air asam jawa didihkan.

3. Setelah mendidih, gunakan sendok bentuk adonan udang bola-bola dan masukkan ke dalam kuah, masak hingga mengapung tambahka air asam jawa, kaldu bubuk, cabai rawit dan tomat, masak sebentar, angkat.
